We are seeking one founding capital partner to support the HollywoodLand land acquisition and launch ConCreates Presents: HollywoodLand, The Comeback, alongside the development of Fight4Peace and Live at the Sign.

Equity Investment
Negotiated ownership stake in Chateau Artisan LLC with participation in commercial series and entertainment ventures.
Loan
Acquisition and production financing with agreed repayment terms, security, and revenue participation.

Tax-advantaged gift via fiscal sponsor PPF, supporting Icons & Impact Society's land acquisition and charitable programming.
A blended structure is also welcome: investment or loan funding for the commercial venture, paired with a separately documented charitable gift.
The combined funding would support:
- Land acquisition and initial site preparation.
- Legacy gardens and eligible charitable infrastructure. Key icons we want to offer this to are Kanye West, filming the surprise set at Superbowl with donation and him doing this with press that gets covered then and the development is filmed and part of a Series with ConCreates.
- ConCreates pilot production and series development.
- Preparation for proposed Fight4Peace and Live at the Sign activations.

Ownership percentage, budget allocation, financing terms, and rights are subject to negotiation. Charitable gifts carry no equity or commercial return; charitable and commercial funds and agreements are documented separately.
